David has over 25 years’ semiconductor leadership experience. He was previously Chief Strategy Officer at Micron Technology Inc where he held group-wide accountability for a range of corporate functions.

He also spent six years at Intel in a number of executive leadership roles, including General Manager Programmable Solutions Group, leading the multi-billion-dollar FPGA and Structured ASIC business.

Steve has over 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience leading and scaling high growth, large public and private businesses internationally, spanning high tech, electronics, advanced materials, packaging and pharmaceutical industries.

Most recently Steve was CFO at Cycle Pharmaceuticals, and prior to this, Group CFO at Antalis, a publicly listed leader in packaging and visual communication media distribution, and held finance leadership roles at CP Kelco, following almost a decade at AVEX Electronics. Steve brings considerable international experience to the role having lived and worked in multiple locations across Europe and Asia.

Richard has more than 25 years’ experience in the development and commercialisation of new technologies based on novel processes and materials.

He is a Non-Executive Director at the Henry Royce Institute – the UK’s National Institute for advanced materials research – and is inventor/co-inventor on over 30 patent families. Richard holds a PhD in Chemistry from Durham University.

Paul has 25 years of experience leading fab operations, technology transfers, industrialisation, and business transformation across the semiconductor sector. A PhD-trained physicist, he has held senior leadership roles spanning operations, engineering, commercial strategy, and site leadership.​ Most recently, he served for 10 years as Managing Director Vishay Newport Limited, formerly Nexperia, where he was responsible for leading the site’s transition from IDM to independent foundry, restructuring commercial and operational capabilities, whilst delivering exceptional operational performance. Previous experience spans senior technical, and operational leadership positions at MAX I.E.G, Plessey Semiconductors and Zarlink Semiconductor.

John has over 35 years of engineering and operational leadership at global semiconductor and technology organisations. He was previously Senior Vice President Research and Development, Microprocessor and Microcontroller Engineering at NXP Semiconductors, where he was responsible for operational and strategic engineering, leading RF, mobile product, and RFID portfolios.

Other experience includes global engineering and leadership roles at Quantenna, Ikanos Communications, SiRF Technology (acquired by CSR) and Motorola.

Catherine is a pioneer of ultra-thin semiconductor circuitry on flexible substrates. Consistently at the cutting edge of technology, she has over 20 years’ industrial experience in the flexible electronics field.

Catherine is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, holds a PhD in organic electronics from the University of Cambridge, and is co-creator of 18 inventions, leading to 64 granted patents.

James has over 25 years’ semiconductor and technology sector experience, most recently as Vice President, EMEA at eInfochips, Arrow Electronics’ global design services business. In this role he was responsible for leading commercial sales of semiconductor and hardware design services.

Prior to this, James held several global commercial leadership positions at Arrow Electronics where he successfully drove revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of the West of England and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Helen has over 20 years’ global marketing and communications leadership experience across the semiconductor, technology and telecommunications sectors, with a strong track record of building brands, creating new market categories and accelerating commercial growth. Prior to joining Pragmatic, Helen spent nearly 13 years at Qualcomm, where she held senior global marketing leadership roles spanning IoT, Automotive and other emerging technology markets, supporting major growth initiatives through integrated marketing, ecosystem partnerships and market development. Previous positions include marketing leadership roles at D-Link, BT and a France Telecom start up.

Helen is also a Board Member of Women in TechWorks, supporting its mission to attract, advance and champion women across the UK technology sector and founder of the video series Inclusive Success.

Sharon brings over 15 years of global HR leadership experience across technology and engineering organisations, spanning software engineering, semiconductor technologies, networking hardware and advanced manufacturing. Her career covers the full spectrum of People leadership, including organisational development, talent strategy, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, internal communications and cultural transformation.

Prior to joining Pragmatic in April 2024, Sharon held senior People and engagement roles at Domino Printing Sciences, Solarflare Communications (now AMD), and AVEVA, partnering with executive teams across the UK, Europe and international markets. She brings deep experience in shaping high‑performing cultures, leading organisational change and supporting global workforces, with a strong track record across both large multinationals and high‑growth technology environments.

Peter brings over 40 years of global leadership experience in technology, industrial automation, and advanced manufacturing. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Electric SE. Prior positions include Chief Executive Officer of AVEVA plc and leadership roles at Siemens AG. Peter is also a long-standing non-executive director of Teradyne Inc. (NASDAQ: TER), and has a wealth of global experience having lived and worked Europe, Asia, and North America. 

John is Managing Director of Portfolio Management at the National Wealth Fund, where he leads the management, development and oversight of the Fund’s growing multi-billion investment portfolio, supporting assets that drive economic growth across the UK.

He joined the National Wealth Fund in 2025, bringing deep expertise in making and managing equity investments across a range of sectors, particularly energy and infrastructure. Prior to this, he has held Managing Director positions at Low Carbon, a regulated fund management company, and Macquarie Capital / Green Investment Bank.

Murthy brings a wealth of semiconductor knowledge, with over 30 years technology industry experience. This includes, most recently, half a decade at Intel Inc. where he served as Intel’s Chief Engineering Officer and global group president of Intel’s Technology, Manufacturing and Systems Architecture Group.

Prior to Intel, Murthy spent over a decade at Qualcomm Inc. as Executive Vice President, Qualcomm Technologies and Co-President, Qualcomm CDMA Technologies. Previous experience spans technology and consumer electronics leadership roles at Skyworks Inc and Philips Electronics.

Niranjan is Global Head of Investments for the M&G Catalyst Fund and is based in London. He joined M&G in April 2018 from Prudential Capital, the principal investment arm of Prudential Plc where he as an Investment Director.

Niranjan has successfully executed transactions in diverse sectors such as Life-sciences, Clean Energy, Enterprise SaaS, Fintech/Consumer Credit, Micro Finance, Aircraft Leasing and Music Royalties amongst others.

Andrew is the Managing Partner at Cambridge Innovation Capital (CIC) and has considerable experience of building technology businesses. Prior to joining CIC, he was at True North Venture Partners in Chicago.

Before this Andrew spent ten years leading materials science and semiconductor research in US government research laboratories, followed by managing director positions at venture capital funds Physic Ventures in San Francisco and MalibuIQ in Los Angeles.
