Modern slavery statement

Introduction

It is a priority to ensure that we trade ethically, source responsibly and work to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking throughout our organisation and in our supply chain.

Although we do not fall within the requirements of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, which mandates the publication of a slavery and human trafficking statement for large organisations, we have nonetheless chosen to publish this statement to highlight the key activities we undertake to combat modern slavery in our organisation and supply chain.

Our policies and processes

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective policies, systems and controls to guard against slavery and human trafficking.

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We undertake due diligence before engaging new suppliers and we have a supplier code of conduct that underpins our commitment to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains.

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff.

As Pragmatic grows, we will continue to develop our supplier due diligence processes and the training we provide to staff, and we will keep our policies and procedures under regular review, in order to further our commitment to trading ethically and responsibly.
