Pragmatic management system

Our management system is designed to exceed the requirements set out in the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 standards.

Monitoring and measurement of processes

Processes are monitored and measured to determine conformance with quality and environmental requirements. Indicators such as non-conformities, complaints, environmental compliance, internal audits and management review are used to assess the effectiveness of our processes.

Continuous improvement 

Continuous improvement is part of what we do every day at Pragmatic. We use the PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) to support our continuous improvement approach, with our analytics team and data scientists reviewing data generated from manufacturing and test. We also use Six Sigma techniques and tools for process improvement.
