The Company recognises that our customers and partners may be worried about the impact of COVID‑19 and our ability to provide products and services. We have taken all necessary steps to mitigate the impact on our business and remain fully operational. We monitor developments closely and check, modify and update our plans in accordance with Government advice.

In continuing to operate, our aim is to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees and those that may be affected by their activities. We also wish to help slow the spread of the virus in whatever practical way we can.

The steps we have taken include:

  • Safe working practices including, but not limited to, managing on-site staff numbers and safe social distancing

  • Staff have been provided with a full set of software tools to enable them to work from home where practical, while remaining productive and in contact with colleagues, partners and customers

  • Cancellation of all large meetings, hosting or attendance at events, unless virtual

  • Extra hygiene measures and increased cleaning across all of our sites

  • Provision of test kits for employees

  • Provision of temperature monitors at each of our sites

  • All travel has been stopped unless business-critical

  • Visitors to our sites complete a questionaire and are following our safe working practices

  • We follow Government and Public Health England’s guidelines around self-isolation for staff in high-risk categories or with suspected symptoms of or contact with COVID-19.

Our aim is to keep working towards our vision of a trillion objects connected by PragmatIC technology in the next decade, whilst keeping our colleagues and their families safe.
